Our Cancellation Policy

The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

For these reasons, please be aware of La Tagliata cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Reservations for all tables of 2 or more may require credit card details in order to book. These bookings must be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time, otherwise a £20 per person cancellation fee may be applied.

  • The cancellation fee reflect the cost incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and potential loss of revenues from the empty table.

  • We have a 15 mins grace period. Please call us to let us know if you are running later than 15 mins after your booked time. A table is deemed to have “no showed” if they are more than 30 minutes late for their reservation and have made no contact with La Tagliata.

  • The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. We will send email notification of any charges made.
